This website

This site sets no cookies and uses no trackers or analytics. It is served through Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, time, requested page) to deliver and protect the site. We do not receive that data.

If you email us or book a call

We keep your name, email address and what you write to answer your question and start a possible engagement (legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest). If you don't become a client, we delete that data after 12 months. If you do, we keep it for the duration of the engagement plus the statutory 7-year accounting period for invoicing data.

Where your data lives

Email: Zoho Corporation B.V. (EU data centres). Bookings: Proton AG (Switzerland) or a self-hosted calendar in the EU. Invoicing and client records: our own servers at Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). We transfer no data outside the EEA and never sell it.

When we work for you

If we process personal data on behalf of your business (for example your clients' data), this happens under a data processing agreement you receive with the quote. Your data stays in the EU or on your premises; AI processing runs locally, not through third-party services outside the EU.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object, via hallo@buildaiagents.be. We reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be.
