I build AI assistants and automations for small businesses in Belgium — invoicing, follow-ups, email, scheduling. Without your client data ever leaving Europe.
It runs on a server in Europe — or on-premise — using open-source AI. You decide, the assistant executes. No black box: you see what it does and approve via Telegram or email.
On the right: what my own assistant did for my business this morning. I build the same for you.
Three steps. Start where it makes sense for you; if you continue, the previous step is credited.
Prices excl. VAT. Payment in two parts: half at kick-off, half on delivery.
We agree up front what "works" means — for example: every invoice goes out via Peppol and every overdue invoice gets an automatic reminder. If the flow doesn't meet that on delivery, the final invoice is waived.
Hands-on, at your office, using your own tasks as practice material. They go home with something that works.
Up to 4 people, +€250 per extra person.

No. You tell me what you do, I translate that into software. You approve via Telegram or email.
On a server in Europe that only you and I can reach, or on a device at your office. Never with OpenAI, Google or Microsoft.
Every package includes aftercare. If a flow doesn't work as agreed after delivery, I fix it at no extra cost — and the final invoice is waived if we don't hit the agreed result.
Yes. Scan → One flow → Assistant is the intended route. The Scan is credited if you continue.
A Scan: one day plus a report within the week. One flow: 2 to 4 weeks. A full Assistant: 6 to 8 weeks, in steps you can use right away.
Online or around Antwerp–Mechelen. You tell me what you do over and over every week, I tell you honestly whether I can automate it — and what it would cost.
Want to see what I build first? Follow me on LinkedIn — one post a week about something I automated that week.
